Biography of Thomas E. Stock

Tom was born and raised in North Canton, Ohio and attended Kent State University on a baseball scholarship.  After transferring to The Ohio State University, he graduated with a degree in marketing.  He and his wife met in high school and have been married for over 43 years with 4 married sons and  7 grandchildren.
Tom has always worked in the uniform and apparel industries, beginning his career as a buyer with Lazarus department stores, then moving into clothing sales with Wrangler.  Tom transitioned into the uniform arena in 1987 with Horace Small Apparel Co. and 5.11 Tactical earning regional and national awards while honing his sales skills and developing a solid understanding of the uniform industry.
More recently, Tom has utilized his knowledge of the apparel, uniform and tactical industries as an independent sales representative for various companies, including New Balance, Tru-Spec, Key Apparel, Gerber Outerwear, Skellerup USA footwear, Original Footwear, Sabre Pepper Spray and Armor Express body armor.
 When LITE Tactical Solutions, LLC was founded, we wanted to bring life saving technologies to our police, fire, first responders, and civilian personnel.  It is our top priority to provide light weight individual tactical products to our many customers that allow them to perform their jobs with enhanced mobility, comfort, confidence and safety in todays' troubled environment.

Biography of Fred W. Golgart

Fred grew up in Indiana and is a veteran of the US Army finishing his tour of duty in Vietnam as a Plane Captain on the Army SP-2E aircraft receiving 22 Air Medals by flying over 550 combat missions. After his military service, he worked in the medical industry field selling hematology & chemistry equipment.  He started his law enforcement career in 1973 retiring from the Marion County Sheriff’s Department in 2000.  As the Rangemaster, Master Firearms Instructor, Master State Instructor, and Staff Training Instructor, he brought about many upgrades & improvements for the Department.  His training, tactics & expertise has touched the lives of thousands of LEOs & their families.  Fred shoots competitively in the Indiana Police Firearms Training Association and has been awarded the Governor’s Top Twenty Award every year since 1977 and still competes and assists Officers around the Midwest. Upon retiring from MSCD, he joined corporate America and in 2011 became a Mfg. Rep for Midwest Public Safety Solutions with a great line of police related products and body armor.   In January 2019, Fred & Tom Stock started a new company called LITE Tactical Solutions, LLC to bring life saving technologies to our police, fire, first responders, and civilian personnel. Fred & Tom are both dedicated to Saving Lives by providing Lightweight Individual Tactical Equipment for our Police, Fire, EMS, Military, and civilian personnel; thus the name “LITE” Tactical Solutions, LLC. Fred has been a Mason since 1986 and is a twice Past Master & Secretary of New Palestine Masonic Lodge #404, Charter Member of Noble Masonic Lodge #772, a member of the Scottish Rite, the York Rite, Yeoman of York, National Sojourners, Heroes of ‘76 and a proud Shriner of the Murat Shrine and many other affiliated bodies.  He has been happily married to Debra for over 30 years with 5 children & 3 grandchildren.
